The Capital Campaign to raise funds for improvements to the building and grounds of Church of Our Savior is underway!
To date, approximately $130,000.00 has been raised or pledged toward the goal of $200,000.00 according to co-chairmen David Lindley and Brian Gardner.
The Vestry has prioritized the projects to be accomplished by the Capital Campaign and those projects include a new parking lot, new sidewalks and curbs along the west and south sides of the parking lot, handicapped accessible restrooms, handicapped accessible exterior doors, refurbishing the Columbarium, replacing the ceiling in the main hallway of the Parish House, painting the Sunday School rooms, replacing worn carpet in the church, repairing and updating the sound system, purchasing cushions for some of the pews, replacing worn tile in the parish hall hallways, and refurbishing the restrooms in the parish hall.
Pledges and contributions to the campaign can be made over a three-year period. Pledge cards are available from the church office or you can download one by clicking on the link - Capital Campaign Pledge Card. You can disregard the "Due Date" on the bottom of the pledge card. We would like the pledge cards as soon as possible, however we will accept them at any point.
A celebration to mark the successfulness of the Capital Campaign is planned for Pentecost Sunday, May 11, 2008 .
